We are looking for a sharp, highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Hungarian ride-hailing operations.

About the role


As an Operations Coordinator you will work in a young and energetic team.
You'll be responsible for daily functions that are at the core of our Hungarian operations and have a direct impact on supply growth and compliance.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation
  • Respond to driver issues both in-person and over email promptly, in Hungarian and English
  • Relying on Bolt's best practices as well as your common sense
  • Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and driver experience
  • Support the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality and compliance

About you:



  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of related experience
  • You have a positive and hard-working attitude
  • You have a data-driven analytical mindset (Excel skills are a requirement)
  • You're passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
  • You are able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment and you handle monotony well
  • You have excellent English and native-level Hungarian language skills
