A feladatokról:

  • Az értékesítési folyamat teljes körű menedzselése az ügyféligény felmérésétől egészen a szerződéskötésig
  • Új B2B ügyfelek felkutatása és megnyerése, akik IT kiszervezési vagy szoftverfejlesztési szolgáltatásokat keresnek
  • Ügyféligények pontos feltérképezése, személyre szabott ajánlatok kidolgozása portfóliónk alapján
  • Ajánlatok készítése, tárgyalások lefolytatása, komplex értékesítési ügyletek lezárása
  • Hosszú távú, bizalmon alapuló ügyfélkapcsolatok építése és gondozása
  • Szoros együttműködés technikai és delivery csapatainkkal a projektek sikeres megvalósítása érdekében
  • Értékesítési eredmények folyamatos nyomon követése, riportálás a vezetőség felé

Amit elvárunk:

  • Legalább 1–2 év tapasztalat B2B IT értékesítésben (outsourcing vagy szoftverfejlesztési területen előny)
  • Igazolt sikerek end-to-end értékesítési folyamatokban, célok teljesítése vagy túlteljesítése
  • Magabiztos magyar és angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
  • Képesség komplex ügyféligények megértésére és testreszabott megoldások kidolgozására
  • CRM rendszerek és értékesítési riporteszközök rutinszerű használata
  • Proaktív, önálló és eredményorientált hozzáállás, kiváló tárgyalási és prezentációs készségek

Előnyt jelent:

  • Nemzetközi piacokon szerzett értékesítési tapasztalat
  • További idegen nyelv ismerete (pl. német, francia)
