BYD was established in February 1995 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It operates across four industries: auto, rail transit, new energy, and electronics. In August 2024, BYD made the Fortune Global 500 list for 2024 ranking 143rd. In 2023, BYD sold 3,024,000 new energy vehicles worldwide.

BYD Hungary is a subsidiary of BYD, which is an important part of BYD's international business in response to Hungarian customers and the whole European market. As an essential part of the new energy field, BYD's battery business opening up all linkes in the entire industrial chain of energy from harvesting to storage, to application.

Your tasks

  • Responsible for designing the process scheme and process flow for the design drawings according to the product requirements, preparing the process manual, operation instructions and other process documents, leading the trial production of new products, and ensuring the smooth introduction of product production, and ensure that the process documents are strictly implemented in all aspects of production under controlled conditions.
  • Responsible for providing the project manager with the process optimization plan for each stage of the product to ensure the feasibility of product manufacturing.
  • Responsible for the research, development and improvement of the factory's production process technology, improving the factory's process level, ensuring the production under lean conditions, and guaranteeing the product quality and efficiency objectives with the process.
  • Responsible for abnormal analysis and countermeasure formulation in the production and manufacturing process to ensure effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the development of production line and equipment, preparing the operation instructions of production line and equipment, and carrying out the commissioning and layout of production line equipment to ensure the smooth production.
  • Responsible for the analysis of product abnormalities, leading the solution of abnormal problems, and be responsible for the improvement of product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in mechanical engineering, automation, process equipment, or related fields, with more than 3 years of process-related work experience in the field of vehicle air conditioning pipeline/condenser or vehicle frame coating pretreatment/brake.
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian is required, and fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Familiarity with material characteristics, the structure and principles of production site equipment, with the ability to formulate effective process standards and prepare effective documents for experimental design.
  • Experience or familiarity with automotive air conditioning is an advantage
  • Master CATIA, UG, CAD and other software, and master the use of experimental tools, such as DOE, minitab.
  • Proficient in the principles and working environments of mechanical transmission, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics; well-versed in safety production requirements with a strong awareness of safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear thinking, strong execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
