Amit nálunk csinálni fogsz:

  • Digitális megoldások bevezetése: aktív részvétel a d.velop alapú rendszerek (pl. dokumentumkezelés, workflow, szerződéskezelés, digitális aláírás) bevezetésében és konfigurálásában
  • Cloud migráció támogatása: ügyfélspecifikus átállási folyamatok tervezése és technikai lebonyolítása
  • Integrációs koncepciók kidolgozása: különféle rendszerek (pl. M365, SAP/S4HANA, SharePoint, ERP,) összekapcsolása
  • Workflow modellezés BPMN-ben, technikai beállítások, testreszabások, adatstruktúrák kialakítása
  • Post-Go-Live támogatás: technikai hibák elemzése és kezelése, felhasználói kérdések megválaszolása
  • Ügyfélkommunikáció: üzleti igények rögzítése, technikai tanácsadás, dokumentáció készítése, tréningek tartása
  • Projektmenedzsment támogatás: projekt előrehaladásának követése, feladatkoordináció, költségtudatos munka a projektvezetővel együttműködve
Képzettség

Amit elvárunk:

  • Tapasztalat IT-rendszerek bevezetésében vagy migrációjában
  • Üzleti folyamatok átlátása és strukturált gondolkodás
  • Kommunikációs készség technikai és nem technikai szereplők felé
  • Jó időgazdálkodás és önálló munkavégzés
  • Nyitottság új rendszerek megismerésére (pl. d.velop)
  • Nyelvtudás: Német C1 vagy Angol C1

Előnyt jelent (de nem feltétel):

  • d.velop termékcsalád ismerete (documents, process, workflow stb.), ha nem ismered mi megtanítjuk neked
  • Tapasztalat dokumentumkezelési rendszerekkel
  • Alapvető SQL, JavaScript vagy LowCode / NoCode környezet ismerete
  • M365 vagy SAP (S/4HANA) rendszerekhez kapcsolódó tapasztalat
  • Identity-Provider integrációs tapasztalat (pl. Entra ID, Azure AD)
