The purpose of the role is to join and potentially lead our Engineering & Manufacturing vertical providing end-to-end recruitment solutions to Pharmaceutical and Medical Device production sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in 360 technical recruitment and interest in the innovation driven Life Sciences industry to pursue an exciting and highly rewarding career.
Our vision is to develop this role into a Technical Recruitment Lead in the near future.
Responsibilities:
360 degrees recruitment consulting with end-to-end responsibility for candidate and client managementDevelop a good understanding of the Life Science industry and clients' requirementsParticipate in new business development and client acquisition in CEE and DACH regionsEfficiently identify new business opportunities and initiate relationships with new clients over the phone and in personFollow-up on leads, pursue prospects by sharing Carbyne service offerings and value propositionsBuild efficient working relationships with clients and participate in client meetingsDevelop and present proposals to new and existing clientsAttracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companiesParticipate in hiring, leading and mentoring of team membersRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years in technical recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industryExperience in recruiting for engineering and/or quality roles is desirableExcellent track record of sourcing and attracting candidates in a competitive marketConsultative selling experience in B2B settingExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsOrganization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentFluent English and HungarianFluent German is desirableProactivity and result-oriented approachSales attitude with customer focused mindsetInfluencing skills - ability to build rapport over the phone and in personStrong business awarenessWhat we offer:
