Global Learning & Development Specialist
to join our dynamic HR team and help shape the future of employee experience, learning, and talent development.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and deliver SPS's annual Global Employee Engagement Survey, managing stakeholders, analyzing results, and preparing insights for leadership
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of global learning and HR data, from collection to reporting, to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Support global HR processes such as talent reviews and succession planning with data insights and operational coordination
  • Coordinate global learning programs and administer the Moodle learning platform, ensuring engaging learning experiences and smooth logistics
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing within the global L&D community through networking initiatives and best practice exchanges
  • Partner effectively across cultures, time zones, and functions to ensure seamless global program execution

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in learning and development and/or organizational development in a multinational environment
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, validations)
  • Experience with LMS management (e.g.Moodle,) e-learning content creation (e.g. Articulate 360), and HR survey tools (e.g. Perceptyx)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience facilitating meetings, workshops or delivering training as a co-trainer or L&D specialist in a global setting
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence across a complex matrixed organization
