Senior Payroll Admin Associate

You will be responsible for

• Ensure all administrative tasks connected with the People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines
• Liaise with various teams to ensure payroll activities are completed on time and payments are paid on time.
• Create and deliver critical and complex process reports to Business and third parties
• Train and mentor new joiners in the team on process specifications
• Complete process validation according to the scheduled timelines, ensure any issues are fixed and then report output to Lead and Manager

You will need

• 2 years of Payroll experience
• Knowledge of
  Nexon
  system
• Intermediate English knowledge
• Minimum high school education
• Hungarian language knowledge
