Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience after university in financing and/or capital markets matters (law firm or in-house).
  • Strong legal reasoning, precision, and professional maturity.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proactive mindset and a genuine interest in financing and capital markets.

Your future role

  • Drafting and reviewing finance documents.
  • Management and coordination of transactions (incl. legal due diligence).
  • Advising on capital market matters; drafting legal documentation; transaction/project structuring.
