Senior Key Account Manager(Geely Auto Brand)

Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Development & Expansion
Identify and target high-potential key accounts in the assigned region/industry segment, conduct in-depth market research to understand client pain points and business objectives.
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies to acquire new key clients, negotiate cooperation agreements, and formalize partnership terms.
Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing key accounts to maximize revenue contribution.
Account Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with decision-makers (e.g., procurement directors, fleet managers, C-level executives).
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and align product/service offerings with client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, after-sales, logistics) to deliver end-to-end solutions for key accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for key accounts, set clear revenue and volume targets, and track performance against KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client demand changes to adjust sales strategies proactively and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation (e.g., contracts, order forms, service agreements).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional activities, product demonstrations, and branding initiatives for key accounts.
- Coordinate with the after-sales team to resolve technical issues, warranty claims, and service requests for key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to the product team to support product optimization and new product development.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales within the automotive industry (preferably in NEVs, passenger cars, or commercial vehicles).
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing large-scale key accounts (e.g., fleet clients, corporate buyers) and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Core Competencies
Excellent sales acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
- Relationship-building skills: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, with a client-centric mindset.
- Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive market, product specifications (e.g., NEV technology, vehicle performance), industry policies, and competitor landscape.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop data-driven sales strategies, analyze market trends, and adapt to changing business environments.
- Communication & collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin; strong cross-functional teamwork abilities.
Self-motivation: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; willingness to travel frequently (as required).
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience in managing government or large enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
