If you're looking to join a rocket ship and help redefine the future of AI-powered checkout, we'd love to meet you Role at a glance Deligo is looking for a commercially sharp Account Manager who can own, grow and protect a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise foodservice and retail customers across the UK & Ireland. You will sit at the intersection of operations, tech and revenue, combining hands-on account management with sales responsibility for renewals, upsell and expansion across a multi-site customer base. The role is heavily field-based, with frequent travel (up to 50–75%) and regular overnights so you can be on-site with clients for deployments, reviews and relationship-building while helping to scale an AI-powered self-checkout platform that is defining how people pay for food.How you'll make a differenceOwn a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts across contract catering, workplace dining, leisure, and retail, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for local, regional and head office stakeholdersBuild deep relationships with operations, IT/innovation, project and mobilisation teams, becoming the go-to person for anything related to Deligo on their estateDrive product adoption and performance: run data-led reviews, highlight wins on metrics such as transaction speed, conversion and engagement, and recommend clear next stepsPlan and lead regular account reviews, mapping stakeholder structures, uncovering risks early and putting retention and growth plans in placePartner with Sales to spot and progress upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across existing clientsDeliver compelling demos and training (virtual and on-site), showing how Deligo plugs into existing POS, payments and digital journeysSupport site assessments, implementations and mobilisations in close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Operations and Deployment teamsMaintain clear account plans, forecasts and notes in our CRM so that pipeline, risks and opportunities are always visibleChampion the voice of the customer internally, feeding back requirements and integration needs that influence roadmap and partnershipsWhat makes you a great fit5+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing commercial role, ideally working with multi-site B2B customersBackground in foodservice, contract catering, hospitality tech, EPOS/payment solutions or digital ordering/kiosk platformsProven experience managing a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise accounts, with multiple stakeholder groups and complex structuresStrong commercial instincts: confident leading renewal conversations, supporting pricing discussions and identifying in-contract growth opportunitiesComfortable with data: able to interpret dashboards and KPIs and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations for clientsTech-curious, with the ability to explain technical concepts (integrations, payment flows, EPOS workflows) in simple language to non-technical audiencesExcellent communication skills across email, video and in-person meetings, with a track record of building trusted relationshipsHighly organised and structured, able to juggle multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders in a remote-first environmentFluent English; additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian are a plusWilling and able to travel frequently (including some international travel) for site visits, deployments and key client meetingsWhy join usOpportunity to join at an early stage, making a visible impact in a fast-scaling startupReal influence on how our products and processes evolve, with freedom to innovateA collaborative, creative, and transparent culture where contributions are recognizedHigh-tech equipmentFlexible working hours and hybrid approachCompetitive salaryDetailsStart: As soon as you are readyLocation: remote with up to 50-75% travel within UK and EuropeContract: PermanentCompensation: Competitive package based on experience We're looking forward to receiving your application
