Yonyou Europe is looking for a dynamic and results-driven account manager to expand our business in Hungary and the surrounding Central & Eastern European markets. This role will focus on promoting Yonyou's enterprise digital solutions—including ERP, Cloud Services, and Enterprise AI—by identifying new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibility:

  1. Responsible for engaging with local Hungarian companies, as well as China-based enterprises already operating in Europe, to explore and develop business opportunities.
  2. Manage the sales process end-to-end, including lead qualification, customer needs analysis, solution positioning, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and deal follow-up.
  3. Work closely with pre-sales consultants and headquarters sales teams to align customer needs with suitable solutions and ensure seamless communication across regions.
  4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and early delivery stages.
  5. Track project delivery and service progress to ensure smooth execution and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  6. Contribute to pipeline growth and revenue targets in the assigned market.
  7. The role is based in Hungary, with potential business travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; Hungarian is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of B2B software / SaaS / ERP / digital solutions sales experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in teams.
