Your Day to Day

As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will work on:

  • Customer satisfaction — Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Onboarding experience — Guide customers through the onboarding journey, from initial setup to going live, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — Partner with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the onboarding process.
  • Process improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, optimize project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

As an Onboarding Project Manager, your background will look like:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in project management or a customer-focused role driving business growth
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, eager to learn, grow, and take ownership beyond defined responsibilities
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and contributes to process and team improvement initiatives
  • Fluency in English is required and good knowledge of German is ideal; alternatively, English plus another major European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) is also welcome
