Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of internal and customer documentation for Nokia's 3G, LTE, and 5G mobile networks products and solutions
  • Provide general project support, including technical content and graphics creation
  • Conduct quality assurance related activities for documentation
Qualifications

Must have:

  • Ongoing studies (BSc/MSc) in English language, communications, computer science, information technology, or telecommunications (or an equivalent qualification)
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive, can-do attitude; a self-motivated personality, and the ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in local and global (virtual) teams, including international colleagues
  • Efficient communication and information gathering skills
  • Comfortable with using Microsoft Office and commonly used software and tools
  • Flexible and adaptable to different projects and tasks
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in creating technical documentation
  • Familiarity with XML language and content management with Git
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication
