Order Management Coordinator Trainee

The internship comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee program (only for the duration of the program). Trainees experiment different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.
Position: Order Management Coordinator Trainee
Duration: Fixed term for 6 months with potential contract renewal
Target start date: **********
Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary
- Owns the complete customer purchase order execution including the collection and preparation of relevant information needed for customer purchase order execution.
- Coordinates and monitors the end-to-end order execution, constraints solving and escalations.
- Coordinates and validates the customer order intake.
- Manages ordering of products (Hardware, Software, Services).
- Triggers task creations for transactions (purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, monitors timely completion).
- Supports coordination of the procurement execution: captures the demand, purchase, goods receipt and verifies invoice.
- Supports coordination of the distribution execution: plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, coordinates transport.
- Supports coordination and validation of the customer invoice.
- Successfully coordinates work with team mates for the project.
Impact
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Errors may have limited impact on function/project/customer. Delivers own output according to specific operational targets.
Scope & Contribution
Participates as individual contributor to team, usually in a support role or entry level professional. Semi-routine or standard tasks. Decision making limited to standard applications in own work. Required working hours are 40 hours / week.
Innovation
Most work carried out according to procedures. Operates within guidelines for non-standard situations. Requires supervision and coaching from SLM or peers. Gathers relevant information to support problem solving and decision making.
Communication
Confident level of English (both written and spoken) is required. Obtains and provides information to external or internal parties. Communicates information within the team in an understandable way. Sometimes requires ability to influence team members of own job area on policies, practices and procedures. Understand facts, practices, policies, etc. to external and internal parties
Knowledge & Experience
Degree or equivalent in Logistics area, or similar. Knowledge in tools, such as, Microsoft Tools (mainly Excel and Power BI).
