Senior Change Consultant

You will be responsible for

We are seeking a Senior Change Consultant to lead the end-to-end change management and deployment strategy for the compliance with the EU's VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) initiative.

The role holder will be part of the Global Process Experience team and Group Finance Change team, collaborating with colleagues across Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bangalore, and the UK. You will have the opportunity to drive structured change across Central Europe, ensuring Tesco's successful readiness for new EU B2B e-invoicing and VAT reporting regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all change management activities for Project ViDA using structured methodologies.
• Develop and manage deployment plans across CE markets, including stakeholder and impact analysis.
• Deliver locally adapted communication and learning strategies.
• Assess business readiness, manage risks, and measure adoption and engagement.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and governance forums with key sponsors and suppliers.
• Support colleagues and suppliers during hyper care as a visible advocate for change.
• Applying frameworks and methodologies to design develop and deliver other Tesco & TBS change programmes.

You will need

What You'll Bring:

• 5-6 years of experience leading complex change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and execute structured deployment plans.
• Experience coaching leaders and teams through change.
• University degree.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Please note this is an 18 months fix term contract.
