Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Own and oversee month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations under US GAAP
  • Partner with outsourced finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Support internal and external financial reporting, SOX controls, and audit processes
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and senior finance leaders across EMEA
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to system enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience, ideally in outsourced finance environments or at a commercial real estate company
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex functions)
  • Experience with USGAAP or IFRS is nice to have but not obligatory
  • Workday, Hyperion knowledge a plus
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
