We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous
Senior Compensation Specialist
, who can contribute effectively with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines. This role requires close collaboration with multiple HR and business functions, including Global Mobility, HR Business Partners, Recruitment, HR Administration, Payroll, Tax, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Project Manager for global job evaluation and grading initiatives, and maintain existing grading frameworks.
  • Lead global projects related to pay transparency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain global compensation structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to ensure internal equity and competitiveness in the market.
  • Manage data collection and reporting for salary benchmark surveys.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, recruiters, and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Participate in annual salary review processes, including merit increases and bonus distributions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation and job grading.
  • Completed University or College degree.
  • Ability to independently facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, even when handling complex and confidential information.
  • Strong English skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of established job grading methodologies.
