We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Compensation Specialist

to join our partner's team in Budapest.

Role Description

In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. Your daily duties will include analyzing market trends, conducting salary benchmarking, developing compensation strategies aligned with business goals, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure pay equity and compliance. You will also oversee job evaluations, manage salary reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or in a similar role, preferably at a senior level
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and market analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to various stakeholders
  • Ability to act as a project manager of global grading and pay transparency projects
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and compliance standards
  • Solid Korn Ferry
    job grading experience and
    knowledge is a must
  • Fluency both in English and in Hungarian,
    both written and spoken
    is a must
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
