Curiosity is the most underrated superpower in business. At Lightbloom AI, we built a company that weaponizes it. We're looking for a Sales Executive in Training to join our Budapest HQ — someone at the very start of their career who's ready to learn, sell, and build.

You'll sit right next to our AI researchers, engineers, and founders. You'll hear them argue, build, and experiment. You'll see how new ideas turn into real products — and you'll learn how to sell those ideas to the world.

This isn't remote. This is real. You'll be in the office, every day, surrounded by the energy of people building the future.

The Role

Your job is to sell — find leads, start conversations, and help close deals. You'll start manually: researching prospects, writing outreach messages, and talking to people. Once you understand how sales truly works, you'll start using AI and automation to move faster — building your own systems and finding leverage. You'll learn how to sell like a human and scale like a machine.

What You'll Do

  • Sell, every day: Find potential clients, reach out, and help close deals.
  • Start manual: Learn the fundamentals — persistence, research, communication — before automating.
  • Research tools: Find and test the best AI tools for sales, lead generation, and outreach.
  • Automate smartly: Once you've mastered the basics, build simple automations to scale your results.
  • Collaborate: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Lab — engineers, coders, builders, and founders.
  • Grow presence: Help Lightbloom expand its reach across LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).

Who You Are

  • Based in or near Budapest and able to work from our office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Probably never had a job before — but curious, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • You can code a bit (Python, JS, or using AI-native tools like GPTs, Replit, or Zapier).
  • You're fascinated by AI, business, and what makes people say yes.
  • You thrive around smart, driven people — and you'll probably stay in the office longer than we ask you to.
