Controller – Part time (6 hours/day Budapest, Daróczi út 1-3. A. ép.

We are looking for a reliable and self-driven professional to deliver accurate business reporting for several countries in the CEE region. The role focuses on high-quality monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting support, SAP report development, and continuous process improvement.

Tasks

  • Prepare monthly closing in line with IFRS requirements
  • Analyze Sales and Gross Margin results and highlight key variances
  • Provide SG&A analysis for monthly closing presentations
  • Perform reconciliations for accounting-related topics
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets with country managers
  • Support country managers in all budget-related matters
  • Analyze SAP lists and resolve controlling-related SAP issues with IT
  • Contribute to standardized SAP report development
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management
  • Review processes and recommend improvements
  • Meet all reporting and compliance deadlines
  • Prepare Compliance and Internal Audit reports
  • Follow the IT Code of Conduct and all relevant safety and IT regulations

Authorities

  • Make suggestions to the direct supervisor
  • Access internal procedures and documentation needed for the role
  • Familiarize with processes and documentation of related departments
  • Leaders may provide instructions and request reports verbally or in writing
