Feladataid lesznek

Ügyfélszolgálati csapat napi működésének irányítása és támogatása

Teljesítmény monitorozása, trendek elemzése és fejlesztési tervek kidolgozása

Csapattagok coacholása és mentorálása a minőségi, hatékony és ügyfélbarát munkavégzés érdekében

Bonyolultabb ügyfélesetek kezelése, eszkalációk megoldása

Együttműködés a belső részlegekkel (QA, WFM, Tréning) a szolgáltatási színvonal biztosításáért

Folyamatok, munkafolyamatok és csapatépítési stratégiák kialakítása és finomítása

Rendszeres riportálás a KPI-okról, a teljesítményorientált kultúra erősítése

Elvárások

Korábbi tapasztalat Csapatvezető / Supervisor szerepkörben (ügyfélszolgálati vagy call center környezet előny)

Minimum középfokú végzettség (felsőfok előny)

Jártas vagy gyors tempójú e-kereskedelmi vagy BPO környezetben

MS Office magabiztos használata

Felsőfokú magyar nyelvtudás és minimum B2-es angol nyelvismeret
