In such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for
IT Business Analyst
who will join our IT BA chapter.

We count on you in these tasks

  • Working in teams to create high-quality, effective business applications
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements in systems design
  • Determining operational objectives by evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
  • Improving systems by analyzing current practices and designing technical modifications
  • Recommending controls by identifying problems and enhancing procedures
  • Maintaining system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  • Providing references for users by creating and maintaining user documentation with a low-level product view
  • Contributing to the creation of test cases for developments
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by monitoring trends and innovations from a technical perspective
  • Creating application and component-level specifications based on stakeholder requirements
  • Performing reviews and assuring the quality of documentation

You are welcome to apply if you have

  • Experience with enterprise open-source technologies
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and software development practices, particularly in the banking sector in areas such as payments, core systems, and pricing engines
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with Office software and Atlassian tools
  • Ability and skill to create clear and accurate flowcharts
  • Experience with UML, or Visio, REST APIs, queue management, and interface specifications
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
