Senior IT Business Analyst
who will join our
IT BA chapter.

We count on you in these tasks::

  • Work in teams to deliver high-quality, effective business applications.
  • Identify opportunities and propose improvements in system design.
  • Determine operational objectives by evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Design new solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
  • Enhance systems by analyzing current practices and designing technical modifications.
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and proposing improved procedures.
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Provide user references by writing and maintaining user documentation with a low-level product perspective.
  • Contribute to the creation of test cases for developments.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by staying up-to-date with trends and innovations from a technical perspective.
  • Create application- and component-level specifications based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct reviews and ensure the quality of documentation.

You are welcome to apply if you have:

  • Experience in enterprise open-source technologies
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience as an IT System Analyst
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and software development practice especially in Bank sector in
    Payments, Core systems, Pricing Engines
  • Strong command of
    English
    : in writing and verbally
  • Proven Office software and Atlassian skills
  • Ability and skill to create clear and accurate flow charts
  • UML, or Visio knowledge, REST API, Queue management, interface specification experience
  • Agile
