A vállalat innovációra és betegcentrikus megoldásokra fókuszál, jelenleg Accounts Payable Specialist pozícióra keres munkatársat budapesti pénzügyi csapatába.

Feladatok:

Számlák feldolgozása és kifizetése: A beérkező számlák pontos és időben történő feldolgozása, könyvelése és kifizetése, miközben biztosítjuk a belső ellenőrzési szabályok betartását és a helyi előírásoknak való megfelelést.

Könyvelési feladatok: Adatkezelés, számlák rögzítése az ERP rendszerben, kifizetési javaslatok előkészítése, készlethez kapcsolódó tételek kezelése és hónap végi zárási feladatok ellátása.

Kiegyenlítési és riportálási feladatok: Kézi naplóbejegyzések, korrekciók rögzítése és hónap végi egyeztetési feladatok elvégzése.

Együttműködés: Kapcsolattartás a belső csapatokkal, külső beszállítókkal és érdekelt felekkel a számlázási problémák megoldása érdekében.

Képzés és fejlődés: Részvétel a munkakörhöz kapcsolódó képzéseken, szakmai irányelvek betartása és tesztelési, ad-hoc projektekben való részvétel.

Szabályozás betartása: Az összes belső szabályzat és előírás betartása, az üzleti információk titkosságának védelme.

Követelmények

Tapasztalat: 1-3 év irodai vagy adminisztratív környezetben szerzett tapasztalat, pénzügyi/könyvelési területen.

Végzettség: Pénzügy, Közgazdaságtan vagy hasonló területen szerzett diploma.

Nyelvek: Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szükséges.

Készségek: Erős Microsoft Excel és PowerPoint ismeret. ERP rendszer használatában szerzett tapasztalat előny.

Személyes tulajdonságok: Magas szintű figyelem a részletekre, kiváló kommunikációs és együttműködési készség, problémamegoldó képesség.
