Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Regulatory Officer to join our team to support our pharmaceutical client's pharma registration while working in client's own system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking different regulatory submissions in the corporate regulatory database: update database with specific documents and/or information
  • Peer-QC data entry – handling internal tracking
  • Running daily queries, providing reports to client stakeholders
  • Applying technical knowledge to perform quality check on the entries
  • Communicating issues/concerns to Team Lead
  • Ensuring compliance with KPIs
  • Coordinating with other teams and Client PoCs as needed
  • Training and mentoring associates/new hires
  • Ensures adherence to internal standards and processes
  • Associates to ensure Training & compliance to applicable Cognizant and client "Quality Management System"

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences / pharmacy

Skills And Experience

  • Pharmaceutical background: 2-5 years of experience in pharma regulatory registration
  • Experience in IDMP
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Strong IT skills (advanced level Excel is a must)
  • Ability to prioritize work, team- player attitude
  • Detail- oriented and strong customer focus attitude
