a közép- és nyugat-magyarországi régiónk szakmai irányításáért felel majd.

Feladataid lesznek

  • A régiódhoz tartozó delivery csapat erőforrás-tervezése, szakmai koordinációja és folyamatos fejlesztése
  • Aktív közreműködés a csapatod belső toborzási és kiválasztási folyamatainak megtervezésében és lebonyolításában
  • Gyakorlatorientált onboarding és mentoring biztosítása az új kollégák számára
  • Aktív együttműködés és közös üzletfejlesztési tevékenység az értékesítési csapatunkkal
  • Komplex HR támogatás és tanácsadás a partnereink számára – hiszen nálunk az ügyfélkapcsolat jóval többet jelent a jelöltek bemutatásánál
  • Teljes körű jelölt- és ügyfélmenedzsment ellátása


Elvárások

  • Minimum 3–5 év tapasztalat szellemi munkaerő-toborzásban vagy közvetítésben
  • Bizonyított szakmai eredmények vezetői vagy csoportvezetői szerepkörben
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás, nemzetközi ügyfeleink támogatásához
