COUNTRY SALES MANAGER

The Industry:   Construction

The Location:  Budapest, Hungary

THE JOB:

  • Build, maintain, manage and support good customer relationships
  • Understand and relate to Customers at their needs,
  • Obtain a keen understanding of the local market, local players
  • Regular visits to the customers
  • Working closely with central warehouse and proactive management of product availability
  • Creating sales offers for the customers using desired programs
  • Managing the targets & KPI's

THE PERSON:

  • Min 5yrs sales experience in the construction business (preferably windows, doors, )
  • A good understanding of the market players in the construction business in Hungary
  • Self-driven, a passionate sales person
  • English speaking is a must, Hungarian native
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar program will be an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical education will be an advantage
