International Trade Marketing & Pharmacy Chain Business Development Manager
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team

In this role, you will be part of our International Trade Marketing department, where you will help implement commercial strategies and develop innovative tools. Your focus will be on product launches, pharmacy channel development, revenue optimization, and sharing best practices across our international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and regularly monitor, analyze, and document activities in different countries, in line with our central strategy and objectives.
  • Improve the efficiency of existing processes and identify new opportunities; recommend and support the development and optimization of systems and workflows, and design new processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, maintaining current knowledge of the market, consumers, customers, and competitors.
  • Prepare and track analyses and reports to support decision-makers within the business unit and across related departments.
  • Create presentations for management.
  • Collaborate actively with other departments involved in Trade (such as Legal and Controlling)
  • Maintain strong relationships with the countries within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • University degree (MSc)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. wholesaler, pharmacy association, pharmacy chain management, or similar)
  • Fluent English, with strong negotiation skills
  • International experience at HQ level is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Agile and proactive approach, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and assertiveness
  • Systematic thinking and process management skills
