Nálunk ezek a feladatok várnak:

  • innovációs feladatok tervezése és menedzselése az ötlettől a megvalósításig,
  • piaci trendek, technológiai újdonságok és ügyféligények elemzése,
  • kreatív koncepciók kidolgozása, "out of the box" megoldások keresése,
  • belső folyamat- és szervezetfejlesztési programok irányítása a hatékonyság növelésére.
  • AI-alapú eszközök és megoldások integrálása a napi munkába,
  • technológiai megoldások és adatmodellek bevezetésének szakmai támogatása,
  • innovációs stratégia alakítása,
  • innovációs KPI-ok és hatásmérési rendszer kialakítása, eredmények visszacsatolása,
  • workshopok és brainstormingok vezetése,
  • kapcsolatrendszer építése hazai és nemzetközi innovációs területen,
  • kapcsolattartás belső és külső partnerekkel.

Te vagy a legalkalmasabb erre a pozícióra, amennyiben:

  • felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel,
  • minimum 3 éves tapasztalatod van IT/komplex projekt menedzsment/innováció stratégiai területen,
  • magabiztos, minimum középfokú angol nyelvtudással rendelkezel,
  • képes vagy új ötleteket hozni és megvalósítani – kreatív vagy és motivált,
  • nem csak ötletelsz, hanem az üzleti eredményt is látod – fókuszban tartod az értékteremtést,
  • mersz nyitottan gondolkodni - nem félsz új utakat kipróbálni,
  • képes vagy előre látni trendeket és proaktívan reagálni - jövőbe látóan gondolkodsz,
  • AI ismereteid vannak (legalább alapszinten) - napi szinten használod őket (pl. ChatGPT, Midjourney, automatizációs eszközök),
  • ismered a feladatkezelő rendszereket (pl.: JIRA, Confluence), az agilis módszertanokat és van affinitásod a digitális technológiákhoz,
  • out of the box gondolkozol – képes vagy a hagyományos kereteken túl látni,
  • erős a kommunikációs és prezentációs készséged.
