As part of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will help ensure our P&C products meet real business needs and enable data-driven decisions. Together, we connect expertise, drive transformation, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.

You will be responsible for:

• Support pilots and scale digital HR solutions globally
• Conduct user testing and feedback collection
• Maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist in rollout communication and onboarding for new tools
• Monitor usage and report issues
• Assist in documentation and compliance checks
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on architecture and integration

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Tech or Operations, preferably in a global or matrix environment
• User knowledge of any AI and automation tools
• Vendor management experience
• Experience with Change management, agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
• Knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act and data architecture
• Understanding of HR systems and data
