With our Global Procurement team, you will leverage data & analytical techniques to understand, evaluate, and drive performance improvement in our Supply Chain processes. You will also provide and maintain the data and analysis in support of the Howden strategic sourcing initiatives

What Will You Do?

• Support/manage measurement and tracking of key metrics, deliverables to achieve Supply Chain transformation objectives.
• Proactively identify performance/process gaps and develop recommendations to close in coordination with supply chain leadership team
• Deploy and maintain spend analytics tool, improve the capability and use in supply chain.
• Ensure data quality of all supply chain systems (Spend Analysis, Provalido, Qlikview KPIs, Scanmarket, DPloy etc)
• Provide monthly reporting for global supply chain KPI performance tracking
• Provide training and support for users of supply chain systems (Spend Analysis, Provalido, Qlikview KPI's, Scanmarket, DPloy etc)
• Act as Super User for Provalido (maintain users, scenarios, drop downs etc)
• Provide Supply Chain HBE Director, Contract Manufacturers, and Supply Chain Leadership with data to support process improvement activities and savings identification and validation.
• Update commodity markets and cost driver information on an on-going basis
• Support data collection and validation for environment compliance
• Ownership/ maintenance of Taxonomy
• Support eAuction data management & execution

This is a
temporary one and half-year position
working Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.

Your Experience Should Be...

• Fluent in English language
• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent in Finance, IT, technical or business.
• 3+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Analysis, IT, Finance, Economics, or Supply
• Advanced competency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project & Power Point
• Experience with spend data warehouse and BI systems
• Ability to track and understand key cost drivers for a specific commodity category
• Strong financial acumen (working in a manufacturing environment a plus)
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Systems & data driven –knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis
• Strong communicator, with a written / visual style that engages others
• Persuasive, persistent and focused on delivering results
