General Manager – Munkaerő-kölcsönzési üzletág újjáépítése

Egy tömegtoborzásra specializálódott HR szolgáltató cég új lendületet kap – ehhez keresünk tapasztalt, ambiciózus vezetőt, aki képes újra felépíteni a vállalatot, az ügyfélszerzéstől az operáció teljes kiépítéséig.

Fő feladatok

  • Az üzletág újraépítése és stratégiai, valamint operatív irányítása Magyarországon

  • Új ügyfelek akvizíciója, üzleti kapcsolatok újraélesztése és bővítése

  • Az operáció (toborzás, projektmenedzsment, delivery) felépítése és vezetése

  • Üzleti célok, eredményességi mutatók elérése

  • Szoros együttműködés a nemzetközi tulajdonossal, rendszeres angol nyelvű riporting

Elvárások

  • Legalább 5 év tapasztalat munkaerő-kölcsönzési, toborzási vagy HR-szolgáltatási területen

  • Legalább 3 év vezetői (vállalat, branch, üzletág) tapasztalat

  • Kiterjedt, aktív ügyfélkapcsolati háló, elsősorban ipari/termelési területen

  • Erős értékesítési és tárgyalási készség, stratégiai szemlélet

  • Biztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban (külföldi tulajdonosi háttér miatt)

  • Kiváló megjelenés, magabiztos kommunikáció, vezetői kiállás

  • Előny: üzletfejlesztési vagy cégépítési tapasztalat, illetve
    Észak-Nyugat Magyarországon (Győr–Budapest tengelyen) élő szakember
