Group we provide tailor-made products and services for several car manufacturing companies. Our company runs two sites in Hungary, a factory in Mór and a distribution centre at the outskirts of Budapest, in BILK logistics centre.

Responsibilities

  • General assistant for managers
  • Document management, filing, archiving
  • Preparing presentations, meeting minutes, reports
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and business trips
  • Liaising with employees, managers, external partners
  • Participation in the preparation and organization of corporate events
  • Updating and developing policies and processes
  • Updating the SAP system user database
  • Arrange outbound and inbound mail
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors

Qualifications

  • Secondary education
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Good administration and time management skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Must be reliable and able to manage confidential information.
  • Preferably 2 years experience in a similar role within a multinational business

Nice-to-have

  • Experience gained in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
