Backend Technical Leadként meghatározó szerepet töltesz be a fintech platform backend irányainak kialakításában és megvalósításában. Egy nagy volumenű, stratégiai jelentőségű transzformációs projektben dolgozol, ahol a technológiai döntéseid közvetlenül alakítják a pénzügyi infrastruktúra jövőjét. A csapat szakmai mentora leszel, gondoskodsz a kódminőségről és az architektúra egységességéről, miközben te magad is aktív és látható szereplője maradsz a fejlesztésnek.

  • Te leszel a backend crew technikai motorja: irányítasz, mentorálsz, szintet emelsz.
  • Architektként is beleszólsz mindenbe: microservice-ek, event-driven minták, skálázható rendszerdesign.
  • Cloud-first gondolkodás: AWS / Azure / GCP - te döntöd el, melyik stack mire a legjobb.
  • Nem csak irányítasz, kódolsz is: aktív jelenlét a fejlesztésben, review-k, PoC-ek, új komponensek építése.
  • One-team mindset: napi szintű együttműködés PO-val, BA-val, QA-val és az architekt csapattal.
  • CI/CD és DevOps flow finomhangolása: pipeline-ok, automatizációk, gördülékeny release-ek.
  • Technológiai adósság vadászata: új technológiák felkutatása, bevezetése, folyamatos modernizáció.

Amit viszel magaddal

  • 5+ év tapasztalat komoly, skálázható backend rendszerek építésében.
  • 2+ év technical lead / vezető fejlesztői szerep, ahol már te adtad a technikai irányt.
  • Magabiztos + TypeScript tudás.
  • Jártas vagy Dockerben és Kubernetesben, természetes számodra a konténerizált világ.
  • Tudsz API-t tervezni (REST / GraphQL / gRPC), és rutinosan mozogsz az event-driven ökoszisztémában (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • A CI/CD és DevOps mindset nem buzzword nálad, hanem napi működés.
  • Erős, tiszta kommunikáció – technikai és üzleti oldalon is értik, amit mondasz.
  • C1 angol, amit nemcsak leírni, hanem élőben is magabiztosan használsz.
  • Szeretsz mentorálni, építeni, irányt mutatni, és beleszólni, merre megy a technológia.
