Now we're looking for a
Business Lead

who can keep all this in motion: thinking broadly, acting boldly, and collaborating deeply.

We need someone who can:

  • Represent Neo with confidence
     in front of clients
  • Support and guide the team internally
  • Spot opportunities and think commercially

What you'll find here:

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and occasionally substituting the CEO in managing key clients and projects
  • Leading client relationships: strategy, communication, presentation, problem-solving
  • Identifying new opportunities,
    activating your professional network (no cold calls)
  • Crafting and presenting pitch decks, proposals, tenders
  • Seeing projects through and supporting internal teams across departments
  • Presenting with confidence
     – in both Hungarian and English

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least
    5 years of agency experience
     in account, strategy, or business development
  • Speaks and writes
    fluent English and Hungarian
  • Has presence. Communicates clearly. Initiates. Leads.
  • Thinks like a leader, not because of a title, but because of mindset
  • Can manage complex client situations while supporting internal teams
