We're hiring: Brand Manager | Premium Beverages | FMCG sector

Are you a brand-driven marketer with a strong business mindset? Do you enjoy owning a brand end-to-end – from budget planning through campaigns to performance tracking? If you're comfortable working closely with sales and translating strategy into execution, this role might be for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, managing, and tracking the brand-related marketing budget, aligned with financial targets
  • Close collaboration with the sales team, supporting them in delivering brand messages and campaigns effectively
  • Organizing and executing events, promotions, and brand campaigns, including logistical and communication tasks
  • Managing POS (Point of Sale) materials: planning, production, distribution, and in-store execution
  • Preparing sales and turnover reports for partners and internal stakeholders (regular & ad hoc)
  • Creating reports and presentations on brand performance, market trends, and campaign results

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in brand or marketing management within FMCG (alcoholic beverage experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales data and reports
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Fluent Hungarian & English
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset
