Üzleti igények strukturált begyűjtése, üzleti területekkel szorosan együttműködve az igényeik magas szintű kidolgozása

Üzleti igény megvalósulásával járó előnyök alátámasztása az üzleti terület inputjai alapján

Üzleti igények kategorizálása és priorizálása

Üzleti igények portfóliós hatásának vizsgálata

A magasszintű IT megoldás kialakítása az üzleti területekkel és az IT-val

Döntési anyag összeállítása a megvalósuló fejlesztésekről/projektekről

Adott üzleti igény erőforrástervezésének elvégzése

Portfólió szintű erőforrásmenedzsmentben való aktív részvétel

Portfólió szintű igények összehangolásában történő aktív részvétel

Kisebb IT fejlesztési igények end-to-end menedzsmentje (scope, erőforrás, ütemezés, státusz követés)

Éves pénzügyi és beszerzési tervezésben való részvétel

Igénykezelési folyamatfejlesztésben történő aktív részvétel

Fejlesztési portfólió karbantartása, riportálása, valamint a szükséges döntéshozatal támogatása.
