Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product development all across the process: from research, through to ideation, iteration, testing, and refinement.

• Work alongside an mission-driven, friendly team of designers and engineers to get new products into the hands of our users and customers.

• Contribute to our visual language and design systems to ensure a consistent and beautiful experience when using the product.

• Engage with stakeholders across the business and relate to their goals and concerns.

• Build prototypes to test your assumptions and make sure our product is best placed to delight customers from day one.

• Conduct research with the understanding that you may often be proven wrong, with an aim to continually grow your capacity for empathy with our customers and colleagues.

• You'll be given the space to explore, experiment, and gradually grow your level of ownership.

What we're looking for

We are looking for designers who bring energy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. At Craft, you'll be contributing meaningfully from day one: with the curiosity to ask questions, the confidence to propose solutions, and the drive to grow into an even stronger designer through hands-on product work.

Our product spans across multiple platforms and challenges conventional UI patterns, so we need designers who are excited to think beyond templates and reimagine native experiences.

We're looking for the following traits in our next team members:

• Strong visual design sensibility. You understand how layout, typography, motion, and interaction work together to create thoughtful experiences, and you bring taste and clarity to every screen you design.

• Meticulous attention to detail. You notice friction, alignment issues, and unintended interactions and care enough to raise and resolve them.

• Collaborative and pragmatic. You enjoy working with engineers to get features over the finish line and are comfortable adapting your vision when necessary to deliver value fast.

• Clear communicator. You can articulate design decisions with clarity and build alignment through writing, visuals, or prototyping.

• Self-starter mindset. You proactively identify problems and opportunities, and you're eager to take ownership of your ideas and drive them to execution.

Bonus points

• Familiarity with native mobile and desktop design principles.

• Understanding of current and upcoming design trends. You are curious about a wide range of subjects related to cultural, fashion, marketing, art, architecture and product design.

• Experience in Graphic design and product marketing.

• Prototyping / coding (HTML/CSS or Swift) skills.
