What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Lead an engaged, collaborative and high-performing Tax team of 3 where people can develop themselves to their full potential.
  • Support MOL Group's business development activities (acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, other projects, etc.) to ensure group level tax efficiency.
  • Identify, generate, gather and propose tax saving, process development ideas across MOL Group. Participate in the implementation of them.
  • Participate in the monitoring and analysis of major tax legislation changes in MOL Group's jurisdictions and identification of tax planning opportunities stemming from them.
  • Identify significant tax risks within MOL Group and propose solutions to eliminate/mitigate them. To participate in the implementation of those solutions.
  • Support performing international tax transparency reporting obligations, monitoring and impact analyses of international tax development.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to support Pillar 2 compliance.

What We Expect From You-

  • University/college degree in Finance and Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of international tax experience in a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.
  • CPA, CA, CTA, or equivalent professional tax qualification required.
  • Proven expertise in global tax planning and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of international tax frameworks, including OECD, BEPS, and local jurisdictional tax rules.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-entity structures across multiple tax jurisdictions.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge (both written and spoken)
