About The Job
As a Regional/Functional BA&C Process Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for owning and aligning finance BA&C processes to the Core Model within your region or function (Commercial operations or Manufacturing and Supply). You will lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of BA&C processes, tools, internal controls, and performance KPIs. This role is pivotal in driving standardization, efficiency, and business value across the BA&C organization, while ensuring alignment with global finance strategies.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of BA&C finance processes and tools in alignment with the global Core Model.
• Ensure integration and sound execution of internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance across BA&C operations.
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and operational metrics, to drive excellence and accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, simplification and sharing best practices across regions and functions.
• Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, DTPs, flowcharts, RACIs) and ensure accessibility via centralized platforms.
• Oversee the digital landscape for BA&C, including automation strategy and governance of recurring services.
• Support global and regional project coordination, ensuring alignment between initiatives and smooth transitions from project to operational state.

About You

• Proven experience (10+ years) in finance controlling, service delivery, and project management in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a user-centric mindset and a passion for simplification and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in financial systems and tools: MS Office, SAP, TM1, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
