Pozíció leírása:

Olyan Order Management Lead kollégát keresünk, aki átfogó képpel rendelkezik az order management folyamatokról, és képes nemzetközi csapatot vezetni. A pozíció központi szerepet tölt be a globális Order Management csapat irányításában, amely három régióban (Amerika, Európa–Afrika, Ázsia–Csendes-óceán) támogatja a direkt B2C üzleti modellben működő leányvállalatokat. A pozíció ideális jelöltje rendelkezik Salesforce ismeretekkel, support-szervezési tapasztalattal, valamint gyakorlattal direct purchase / order management területen.

Főbb feladatok:

  • A globális Order Management csapat vezetése, három régióban: Amerika, Európa–Afrika és Ázsia–Csendes-óceán (5-6 fő vezetése)
  • A Salesforce–Zuora alapú korábbi rendszer átvezetése az új Salesforce 2.0 architektúrába.
  • A nemzetközi order-to-cash folyamatok működtetése és optimalizálása.
  • Együttműködés az IT, pénzügyi és ügyfélkapcsolati csapatokkal a rendeléskezelési és számlázási folyamatok fejlesztésében.
  • Legjobb gyakorlatok bevezetése a rendeléskezelés, visszatérítések, számlázás és ügyfélkommunikáció területén.
  • Helyi csapatok támogatása és irányítása az eszkalációk megoldásában.
  • Operatív teljesítménymutatók (KPI-k) elemzése, fejlesztési akciótervek kidolgozása.
  • Riportok készítése.

Elvárások:

  • Több éves tapasztalat order management, direct purchase support vagy customer operations területen, B2C környezetben.
  • Salesforce-ismeret.
  • Order-to-cash (O2C) folyamatok alapos ismerete.
  • Kiváló szervezőkészség és kommunikációs készség, nemzetközi csapatokkal való együttműködési tapasztalat.
  • Vezetői tapasztalat, ennek hiányában felsővezetők felé történő riportolásban való jártasság.
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.
  • Support szervezet felépítésében vagy működtetésében szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent.
