Partnervállalatunk egy dinamikusan fejlődő, nemzetközi háttérrel rendelkező szolgáltató cég, amely műszaki segélyhívó vonalon működő telefonos ügyfélszolgálati tevékenységet lát el, a nap 24 órájában. A vállalat célja, hogy ügyfelei számára gyors, hatékony és magas színvonalú támogatást biztosítson, legyen szó járműmentésről, technikai segítségnyújtásról vagy logisztikai koordinációról.

Jelenleg
Ügyfélszolgálati csoportvezetőt
keresünk, aki lelkesedéssel és szakmai elhivatottsággal irányítja a telefonos ügyintézői csapatot, és hozzájárul a szolgáltatás minőségének folyamatos fejlesztéséhez.

Feladatok:

  • A munkatársak irányítása, támogatása és motiválása a hatékony munkavégzés érdekében
  • A napi munkafolyamatok felügyelete és hatékonyságuk biztosítása
  • Informatikai problémák kezelése, hibajegyek nyitása és a megoldások koordinálása
  • Hívásstatisztikák figyelése, szükség esetén beavatkozás a teljesítmény javítása érdekében
  • Kapcsolattartás nemzetközi partnerekkel, meetingeken való részvétel, visszajelzések és szerződéses elvárások beépítése
  • A csapat munkájának folyamatos minőségellenőrzése és fejlesztése
  • Hibák felismerése, azonnali visszajelzés és támogatás a javításban
  • Projektek nyomon követése, új folyamatok bevezetésének és betanításának koordinálása
  • Havi és napi beosztások elkészítése, az optimális létszám biztosítása

Elvárások:

  • Legalább 1 év tapasztalat ügyfélszolgálati csoportvezetői munkakörbe
  • Kiváló kommunikációs és vezetői készségek.
  • Minimum C1 szintű német nyelvtudás
  • Műszakos munkavégzés vállalása
  • A napi operatív feladatok hatékony és eredményes koordinálása.
  • Képesség a problémák gyors felismerésére és megoldására.
  • Konfliktuskezelési tapasztalat
  • Jó szervezési készségek, a munkavállalók napi beosztásának kezelése.
