We are currently hiring for the following positions:


Customer Support Representative – Romanian Speaker

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
  • Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism
  • Log cases and calls to the highest standards
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams


Customer Support Representative – Polish Speaker

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full order process, including entry, tracking, invoicing, and returns
  • Deliver precise updates on stock levels and backorders
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Record cases and calls with exceptional accuracy and quality
  • Work in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and other internal departments

What you bring:

  • Fluent English and Romanian/Polish
  • At least 1 year of customer service or similar experience
  • Fast and precise data entry skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
