Sustainability Solutions Intern - Your future position?

As a Sustainability Solutions Intern in our Budapest office, you will support the execution and delivery of Sustainability solutions provided by the Global Sustainability Solutions team.

Main responsibilities:

Support Sustainability Solutions processes:


Support the delivery of high quality solutions, with strong adherence to the defined processes and tools, and according to agreed performance indicators. Tasks may be related to the following processes:

  • Support the processing of customer, media, and investors' questionnaires and requests
  • Support the Responsible Sourcing Programme tasks
  • Support the external ESG ratings assessment tasks
  • Support the external audit coordination tasks
  • Support the data management tasks linked to Sustainability programmes

Support the Sustainability Solutions team with data updates, tracking and reporting tasks

Administrate:

  • Administration of  IT systems, tools, databases
  • Support with the maintenance of process documentation (SOPs)
  • Support with the maintenance of Sustainability Service Portal content
  • Perform other duties and manage ad-hoc projects

Collaborate:

  • Work closely with the relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team
  • May interact with operational teams in GBS Centers and Divisions

You have:

  • Ongoing university studies, preferably in connection with Sustainability, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent

  • Fluent English level

  • Solid knowledge of MS office & Google tools, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
