Quality Control Unit Leader Biopharma Budapest

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the workflow of the team members and ensure that everything is in place for the operation of the laboratory.
Your general duties wil be as follows:
- Activity management of the Laboratory by ensuring the proper functioning of the laboratory,
- Create and animate indicators of the laboratory and make sure everybody understands and follows them,
- Ensure the backup of the Head of the QC laboratory in case of absence,
- Calculate the resources needed for the proper functioning and optimize the laboratory schedule in collaboration with the QC planer and Supply Chain,
- Implements an action plan, short, medium and long term, to improve performance, quality and safety within the laboratory unit,
- Approve and ensure all product data is approved in the LIMS,
- Participate in the coordination of analytical transfers and the process of launching new products,
- Properly management of OOS and deviations in your laboratory and inform other departments in the event of an impact.

- Hold a degree in the area of microbiology, bology or biotechnology
- Have 4+ years experience in people & laboratory management
- Fluent in Hungarian and in English
