About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Hardware and Software Engineer
 to join our development team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electronics, hands-on experience in embedded system design, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. If you are passionate about designing and building intelligent, connected products that shape the future of urban spaces, we would love to hear from you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

  • Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits for smart urban furniture, including smart benches and related products.
  • Hardware prototyping, testing, measurement, and debugging to ensure product reliability in outdoor environments.
  • Firmware development for microcontrollers in C, focusing on energy-efficient control, communication, and monitoring functions.
  • Integration of sensors, wireless communication modules, and power management systems (solar charging, battery management).
  • Development and optimization of embedded Linux and microcontroller-based platforms (C, C++, Python).
  • Collaboration with mechanical and design teams to achieve functional, durable, and aesthetically refined product solutions.
  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, and test reports.
  • Providing engineering support during product certification, introduction to production, and after-sales technical assistance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of electronics and circuit design and minimum 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in SMD soldering and rework.
  • Ability to work independently and approach complex problems with a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with an interest in developing sustainable, technology-driven urban solutions.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with STM32 and ESP microcontrollers.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad).
  • Involvement in production introduction and manufacturing support.
  • Familiarity with hardware communication protocols, and networking technologies
