If you're customer focussed and organised, we are looking for someone to join our highly motivated and industry leading team as a buyer. Whether you have purchasing experience or if you are looking to begin your career in purchasing you will find an opportunity for development here at Computacenter. 

Based in our Budapest, Hungary office, you'll find there's everything in place for you to realise your ambitions in this growing industry.

As a Buyer at Computacenter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle and ensuring the process is efficient and offers the best customer experience. 
 

On a daily basis:

  • Managing Purchase Order Lifestyle from PO through to completion
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all requisition details before submission
  • Resolving errors and queries in PO's
  • Ensuring all PO's are issued to vendors
  • Tracking orders to ensure deadlines are achieved and sourcing alternative products if required
  • Handling Inventory Management
  • Managing supplier relationships dispute resolution, and escalations to the purchasing manager 
  • Handling 1st level resolution for purchasing related issues
  • Achieving buying SLA's and KPI performance targets
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintaining cost control requirements.

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have previous experience in a customer focussed environment
  • You have buying experience
  • You are highly organised
  • You are commercially aware
  • You are a motivated team player
  • You have outstanding communication skills
  • You are able to work to deadlines and SLA's
  • You have SAP and MS office knowledge (It's a plus, but not a requirement)
