What you'll do:
Value and Success Management is key, making the tangible benefits which are coming with process and tool innovations transparent. As a Value and Success Management consultant, you will translate strategy into measurable business value and tell the story behind the numbers. You help define and track meaningful, quantifiable metrics for investments in Customer Support and Cloud Operations. Your work makes benefits visible, drives adoption of better processes and tools, and helps the organization prioritize actions that improve service and reduce cost.
Key activities:
- Define value frameworks and KPIs that connect investments to tangible outcomes.
- Build clear success- and value-stories (big picture + drill-down facts and more).
- Create reports and one-pagers and explain them towards different stakeholder levels.
- Run discussions to align stakeholders on metrics, assumptions and expected benefits.
- Provide regular status updates and present results to teams and senior leadership.
- Support and understand adoption metrics by turning insights into recommended actions and tracked outcomes.
- Collaborate and work together with different teams within the organization to ensure data quality and measurable tracking.

What you bring:
You are a clear, concise communicator who simplifies complex relationships. You're creative, curious, and open to new approaches. You work well across geographies and cultures, and you can build trust quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with JIRA, and agile methods like SAFe is beneficial.
Other essential qualifications include:
- 5-7 years of work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory
- Understanding of business processes, able to map, analyze and overview different processes
- Analytical mindset is essential, and experience on quantifying improvements is a plus
Furthermore, Experience in the area of Customer Support and / or Cloud Operations and / or Mission Critical Support and business process management are a plus.
Meet your team:
Our organization Business Process and Solution Management is driving the Golden Process standard for Customer Support, Cloud Operations and some other functions. This harmonizing task is based on data & facts (Value Management) and includes the onboarding of various SAP-units and organizations towards the standard processes and tools, the Solution Management for required supporting products and solutions as well as the development of the Customer Support Master Data App. Our organization consists of approx. 50 colleagues within Product, Data & Technology in the area of Service Management Processes and Solutions.
