MISSIONS

  • Monitoring of contractual obligations with regard to technical, financial, commercial, safety and maintenance KPIs
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and first point of contact in all matters
  • Contact for external service providers and suppliers
  • Coordination with all involved departments, participation in regular meetings to ensure the exchange and flow of information among all involved
  • Participation in the adaptation of our contracts in coordination with the sales and maintenance teams

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical education, e. g. electrical engineering / mechatronics or comparable studies e. g. mechanical engineering OR
  • completed technical training, e. g. as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic or electrical installer or similar occupations
  • Experience in the maintenance and servicing of rail vehicles is beneficial, but also from mechanical and plant engineering
  • They bring with them a great organizational talent and a solution-oriented way of working and are accustomed to working independently.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as economic thinking and action are necessary
  • You are flexible, capable of teamwork and strong in communication
    fluent Hungarian and English are required, other languages are advantageous
