About the Role
Join our dynamic Consumer Healthcare team as an O2C Customer Contact Management Trainee and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across Europe & MEA. This internship offers hands-on experience in order management, customer contact handling, and process improvement within a global organization committed to diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
What You'll Do
As part of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, you will:
Capture and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules. Create and manage orders in ERP systems when required. Review and resolve issues in the optical character recognition tool. Act as case owner for customer claims and returns, coordinating investigations with stakeholders. Manage resolution processes for requests/claims, including credit/debit memos and returns. Liaise with internal teams and third parties to resolve delivery discrepancies (e.g., shortages, damages). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Current student status (Bachelor's or Master's) and enrollment until at least December 2026. Fluent German and active English language skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers. Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. A willingness to learn and contribute to a diverse, inclusive team environment.
